hogwarts administration

the hogwarts administration account is one that is shared by the root admins: lucy, erick, and bethany. they have ultimate responsibility and the final say in all matters pertaining to the game and site. it is their job to update the board and push the plot on, as well as overseeing the running of the board. if you have a question pertaning to the site in general or the logistics of the game, please fire a pm to this account. one of the admins will get back to you as soon as possible.


the sorting hat

the sorting hat account is a joint administration account shared by all of the root admins and moderators and used solely for sorting new characters. it is not an active account and so all pm's sent to this account will not receive a reply.


root admins

quinn ( lucy ), ron ( erick ), and luna ( bethany ) are the site root admins and they are ultimately responsible for the site and its content. due to the number of pm's that the admin account receives, please only contact the root admins individually if you have a specific question for one of the trinity regarding one of their characters or a plot. all questions regarding the logistics and running of the site, about characters and character development, or general pi questions, should be sent to the hogwarts administration account.


senior moderators

bjork ( lexi ) and isolde ( jen ) are the senior moderators and are effectively second in command. in the absence of a root admin, you should defer all questions regarding the game or board to one of these guys. they have the power to update and add boards, modify profiles, accept or decline character applications and house new members. if any of the moderators ask you to do something, i.e. edit an application, please take note.

ianto ( marie ), kingsley ( kimmie ), sierra ( wes ) and tobias ( zak ) are the site moderators. it is the role of the moderators to oversee the daily running of the board. they can look over new applications and let prospective members know if there are any issues with said application, as well as being able to offer help and assistance with creating a character that will be accepted. they can also answer general rp and site based questions and should always be your first port of call. if the moderators cannot answer your question, it will be passed onto the senior moderators.
